FORKLIFT AUXILIARY WHEEL
Auxiliary Wheel Assembly is an additional wheel assembly installed at the non-drive wheel position of the forklift (such as the rear or side of the forklift body), mainly used to enhance the stability, load-bearing capacity, or mobility of the forklift under special working conditions.
It is usually composed of auxiliary wheels, brackets, shock absorbers, adjustment mechanisms, and other components. As a supplement to the main wheel system, it adapts to the needs of different working environments.
Enhanced stability prevents the forklift from tilting or lifting when it is overloaded, turning, or on uneven ground, reducing the risk of rollover.Disperse the load, share part of the weight of the goods, reduce the pressure on the main wheels, and extend the life of the tires and transmission system.
Adapt to special terrain. Provide additional support when working on soft ground (such as mud, gravel) or slopes to improve passability.
Shock absorption and buffering. Some designs contain spring or hydraulic shock absorption structures to reduce the impact of bumps on the forklift body and cargo.
Adjustability: The height or angle can be adjusted to adapt to different load requirements or ground conditions (such as high and low position handling).

ENHANCED STABILITY
Provide additional support when carrying heavy loads, working on slopes, or making sharp turns, effectively reducing the risk of forklift overturning and improving operational safety.
EXTEND SERVICE LIFE
Share part of the load, reduce the wear of the main drive wheels and tires, reduce maintenance costs, and extend the service life of the equipment.
ADAPT TO COMPLEX TERRAIN
Provide stable support on mud, gravel, slippery, or uneven roads, so that forklifts can operate efficiently in environments where traditional wheel systems are difficult to operate.
SHOCK ABSORPTION AND BUFFERING
Some auxiliary wheels are equipped with spring or hydraulic shock absorption structures to reduce the impact of bumps on cargo and forklift body, especially suitable for precision cargo handling.
ADAPT TO VARIOUS WORKING CONDITIONS
The design of lifting or angle adjustment can meet different load requirements (such as empty/heavy load switching) and optimize the adaptability of forklifts.
