FORKLIFT STEEL RING
The forklift rim is the core load-bearing component of the forklift wheel. It is made of high-strength steel and is used to fix the tire (pneumatic or solid tire) and connect the axle and the tire. It plays the role of load transmission, impact absorption, and stable driving. Its design must meet the requirements of high load, frequent start and stop, and harsh working conditions of the forklift.
It is usually made of high-quality carbon steel or alloy steel (such as Q235B, 16Mn, etc.), which is made by forging or spinning process to ensure compression and impact resistance.
Various structural types
Split rim: welded by rim and spoke, easy to install tire, suitable for pneumatic tire.
Integral rim: one-piece molding, high stability, mostly used for solid tire or high-load scenarios.
Different load levels are designed according to the tonnage of the forklift (1~10 tons and above), which needs to match the rated load of the tire.
The surface adopts galvanizing, spraying, or baking paint processes to prevent rust and adapt to humid or corrosive environments such as warehouses and docks.
Edge reinforcement, anti-skid grooves, and other designs can prevent the tire from falling off the rim; some steel rims have built-in tire pressure monitoring interfaces (applicable to pneumatic tires).

we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after receiving your authorization letters.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, 70% paid before delivery. We'll show you photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

A: Generally, it takes 1 to 10 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and quantity of the order.
